A fully transparent label does two things: it names every ingredient, and it discloses how much of each is included. Gelagen does the first well — all five ingredients are named individually with a described role — but we were not able to locate the second anywhere in the materials we reviewed.
Why this distinction matters here specifically
Several of Gelagen's nutrients — B12, B6, Folate and Pantothenic Acid — have well-established daily requirement ranges from nutrition research. Without stated amounts, there is no way to confirm whether two gummies deliver a meaningful amount of any one of the five.
